Everything in creation is made up of the Five Elements – earth, fire, sky (space), water and air: they are the pillars of the universe.  Understanding their power and practicing meditation techniques associated with the Five Elements can help uplift your soul. In this class we will dive deeper into understanding the Five Elements, and discussing ancient spiritual knowledge from India.  We will be offering new meditation techniques and mantras to help purify the soul, release stress, bring peace, and strengthen your connection to cosmic energy.
