Many of us have experienced trauma in our lives and are affected by our trauma everyday, yet we have little or no tools for when we are triggered. This class will help you understand your trauma and teach you practical tools to manage the side effects of trauma in your daily life. Through trauma education, writing prompts, and journaling, you will leave this class with a better grasp on how to get grounded when past trauma disrupts our life.
